Shipping policy

 

Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

NZ Shipping Rates

Standard items under $100:

  • North Island: $6
  • North Island Rural: $9
  • South Island: $6
  • South Island Rural: $9

Bulky items under $100:

  • North Island: $11
  • North Island Rural: $14
  • South Island: $25
  • South Island Rural: $28

 

Free shipping is available on orders of $100 or more.

Bulky items include products such as dartboards, surrounds, cabinets and mats.

Most New Zealand orders arrive within approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

 

Rural Delivery
If your delivery address is rural, please select the relevant rural shipping option at checkout.

 

Priority Delivery
If you require priority delivery, please leave a note in the comments section of your order. We’ll do our best to help where possible; additional charges may apply.

 

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details may be at the customer’s expense.
