Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours
Monday - Friday generally (except for public holidays).

We offer free shipping NZ Wide on every order.  The minimum order value is $35. Most New Zealand orders take between 2 - 5 Days to arrive.

Small Items - Tracked Free Shipping: is sent via New Zealand Courier Post Ticketit service, all small items including darts, shafts, flights and cases are sent via this service
The Courier Post Tticketit service automatically emails you tracking details.

Large Items - Tracked Free Shipping: Sent via Post Haste Courier Service, includes dartboards, surrounds and cabinets.
Your Poste Haste tracking number will be on your shipment email.

Priority Delivery: Please advise us in the comments section of your order if you require priority delivery and we will do best to help you, additional costs may apply.

Please double check your delivery address is correct before placing your order as orders lost due to incorrect address details will be at your own expense.
